This position is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality client clinical treatment. The Clinical Team Lead will participate in and give leadership to the development of clinical staff and programs as well as administer and coordinate internal agency programs and procedures related to clinical practice.
Responsibilities Direct Clinical Practice Quality Control Supervision Community Relations Requirements Licensure:
LCSW, LMFT, LPC, Board-Approved Supervisor preferred Three years experience in clinical supervision Three years clinical experience in family treatment Three years experience in managed care. Experience in collaboration with other community resources. Demonstrated leadership in teamwork, empowering others solve their own problems, establishing respectful relationships and setting appropriate limits. Demonstrated experience in accepting responsibilities determined by authority.
