We are currently looking for a highly motivated, confident, and organized Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing team. This is more than a traditional front desk role. Responsibilities Maintain an organized and productive daily schedule Schedule new patients, treatment appointments, sedation visits, and recare appointments Work unscheduled treatment and follow-up lists daily Verify dental insurance benefits and explain coverage professionally and confidently Communicate proactively with parents regarding appointments, treatment, and financial expectations Help identify and fill same-day scheduling opportunities Support a smooth and positive patient experience from check-in through check-out Assist with payments, deposits, financing options, and financial discussions when needed Collaborate closely with the clinical team to maintain strong office flow and efficiency Help uphold a positive, professional, and team-oriented office culture Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: Has an excellent phone presence and strong communication skills Naturally connects well with both children and parents Is proactive, dependable, and detail-oriented Learns quickly and takes ownership of responsibilities Can multitask effectively in a busy environment Maintains professionalism and positivity under pressure Has strong follow-through and organizational skills Understands urgency, teamwork, and accountability Is comfortable discussing scheduling and financial matters with confidence and empathy Preferred Qualifications Dental front office experience
