About RREAF Holdings RREAF Holdings is a privately held, vertically integrated real estate investment and development firm headquartered in Dallas. With more than 35 years of experience and over $4.5B in assets under management, RREAF operates across multiple platforms including value?add multifamily, hospitality and resorts, ground?up development, extended?stay hospitality, RV resorts, and master?planned communities. The firm's hospitality division has grown rapidly and now includes coastal Beachside Resorts properties, an expanding extended?stay platform, and a pipeline of value?add and opportunistic acquisitions across the Sun Belt. Position Overview RREAF Holdings is seeking an Asset Manager to support the performance of its hospitality and extended?stay hotel portfolio. This role is structured for a driven asset manager who thrives in a high?ownership, hands?on environment. This is not a pure financial modeling position. While the Asset Manager will maintain strong analytical fundamentals, the role's focus is on operational oversight, property?level performance drivers, revenue management, and collaboration with third?party operators to maximize NOI and asset value. The Asset Manager will work closely with Greg Perry and Brad Busby, at later stages, with the CIO and CEO supporting both day?to?day asset performance and strategic hold/sell and capital planning decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the performance of a portfolio of extended?stay and hotel/resort assets, ensuring achievement of revenue, margin, and NOI targets. Partner closely with property management teams on operations, revenue strategy, cost controls, labor management, and guest?experience metrics. Interpret weekly/monthly performance data, diagnose variances, and develop actionable plans to address underperformance. Conduct property visits to assess operations, maintenance, staffing, and brand standards. Review property?level financials, operating statements, budgets, and forecasts. Support scenario analyses, hold/sell evaluations, refinancing opportunities, and investment committee materials. Contribute to annual budget planning and quarterly reporting for senior leadership and capital partners. Assist with underwriting and due diligence for new hospitality acquisitions as needed. Collaborate on capital projects, PIPs, and renovation strategies to enhance asset value. Provide ROI analysis and track implementation progress with on?site teams and vendors. Ensure projects support long?term positioning, brand integrity, and revenue potential. Partner with the Investments, Development, Revenue Management, and Operations teams to align asset strategy and financial performance. Work closely with department leads on asset strategies, portfolio priorities, and ongoing investment decisions.
Qualifications:
3-6 years of experience in hospitality asset management, hotel operations, real estate investment, or revenue management. Strong understanding of extended?stay or hotel/resort business models. Ability to evaluate financial performance, diagnose operational issues, and lead corrective strategies. Solid analytical skills (Excel proficiency required), with ability to synthesize data into clear recommendations. Experience collaborating with third?party property management and on?site teams. Strong communication skills and executive presence; comfortable engaging with senior leadership. Self?starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial, vertically integrated environment.
