Full Job Description Front Desk Patient/ Clinic Coordinator Atkinson Aesthetics Dallas, TX Pay:

$19•25 per hour + Bonus Opportunities Are you the type of person who loves connecting with people, thrives in a fast paced environment, and enjoys helping others feel confident and cared for? Atkinson Aesthetics is seeking an energetic, organized, and sales minded Front Desk Patient Coordinator to join our growing team. This is more than a front desk position. You will be the first impression of our practice and play a vital role in helping patients begin and continue their aesthetic journey. What You'll Do Welcome and check in patients with exceptional customer service Answer incoming calls, texts, and online inquiries Follow up with consultation requests and marketing leads Schedule appointments and manage provider schedules Confirm appointments and reduce no shows Educate patients on services, memberships, promotions, and treatment options Assist patients with treatment plan coordination and financing options Support clinic events, promotions, and patient appreciation programs Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office environment Help drive practice growth through outstanding patient experiences What We're Looking For Positive, outgoing personality Excellent communication skills Strong phone skills and confidence speaking with patients Detail oriented and highly organized Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment Comfortable discussing pricing and helping patients move forward with treatment plans Previous medical spa, aesthetics, medical office, dental office, hospitality, luxury retail, or sales experience is preferred but not required Experience with

CRM/ EMR.
