  • EBJ•(RTP20260617-010) Description Provide overall leadership, supervision, and performance management of YFC clinical and support staff.
Develop staff through coaching, mentoring, case consultation, and ongoing professional development. Oversee implementation, quality, and outcomes of mental health programs across all assigned centers. Ensure alignment of services with district priorities, evidence-based practices, and Student Engagement & Support goals. Monitor caseloads, service delivery, documentation accuracy, and clinical compliance standards. Serve as the primary liaison between Youth & Family Centers and district leadership. Oversee clinical practices including assessments, treatment planning, and delivery of individual, group, and family therapy. Support clinicians in risk assessments, safety planning, and applying trauma informed, restorative, and family-systems approaches. Provide direct crisis intervention and ensure effective triage, stabilization, and safety planning for high-risk cases. Coordinate crisis response efforts with campuses, Reset Centers, and district crisis teams to ensure continuity of care. Oversee case management services, including referrals to psychiatric, medical, substance use, housing, and community resources. Supervise re-entry and transition planning for students returning from alternative placements, hospitals, residential treatment, or juvenile justice systems. Provide consultation to
SST, MTSS
teams, administrators, and participate in multidisciplinary collaboration to align interventions. Lead prevention, outreach, and education efforts, including staff training, parent workshops, and districtwide mental health initiatives. Ensure compliance with documentation standards, confidentiality laws (FERPA/HIPAA), licensure requirements, and use data to drive program improvement. Qualifications Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field required. Valid Texas licensure (LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LPC, or LSSP) required. Minimum of three (3) years of school-based or youth/family clinical experience required. Minimum of one (1) year of supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches (CBT, Trauma-Informed Care, Solution-Focused Therapy, Family Systems). Demonstrated experience conducting suicide and safety risk assessments. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong collaboration and leadership skills. Reliable personal transportation. Willingness to work flexible and non-traditional hours, including evenings and Saturdays.
