Job Description

A leading hospitality group is seeking an experienced Area Operations Manager to oversee front office and guest service operations across multiple properties in the Dallas market. This position plays a key role in ensuring seamless service delivery, high guest satisfaction, and consistent performance standards throughout the region. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations for front desk and guest services across assigned sites. Train, mentor, and support property-level managers and service staff. Monitor staffing, scheduling, and service delivery to maintain efficiency and consistency. Conduct site visits and operational reviews to ensure service standards are met. Collaborate with senior leadership on performance goals and improvement initiatives. Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and development of new team members. Serve as the primary point of contact for service-related concerns, addressing issues quickly and professionally. Qualifications 3+ years of management experience in hospitality, guest services, or related service industries. Strong leadership skills with proven success overseeing multi-site or high-volume operations. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to travel locally across the Los Angeles area.
