Job Description

We're a high‑energy sports and wellness clinic in Dallas looking for a front desk rockstar who can handle fast pace, real people, and lots of moving parts. If you like busy days, talking to people, and keeping things organized so the whole place runs smoothly, this might be for you. What you'll do: Be the first and last impression for every patient Greet patients, check them in/out, keep the lobby flowing Answer a high volume of phone calls and messages Schedule and reschedule appointments without dropping balls Collect payments and handle basic billing questions Manage intake forms and make sure charts are complete Coordinate with doctors and rehab staff to keep the day on track Help with simple office tasks (printing, scanning, supplies, etc.) Protect clinic vibes: friendly, calm, professional, low drama What this job is really like: Fast‑paced: phones, people at the desk, questions from staff

  • on the phone and in person Organized and detail‑oriented (you notice mistakes and fix them) Comfortable with computers, email, and learning new software Can stay polite and steady when people are late, rude, or stressed Reliable and on time
  • patients and doctors are counting on you Previous front desk, customer service, or medical office experience is a plus, but not required if you're the right person
Schedule:
