Full Job Description Position Summary:
The Program Manager (PM) is responsible for overseeing clinical services provided at Orama. The PM ensures that all treatment and therapeutic programs meet the highest standards of quality and compliance and are tailored to the needs of adolescent clients.
REQUIREMENTS
- Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field.
- Licensure as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent in Texas. Must maintain a current and unrestricted license with his/her respective professional board or licensing authority in the state of Texas.
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in behavioral health.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards, clinical documentation, and evidence-based practices.
- Must pass background checks and drug screenings.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Clinical Leadership:
Develop and maintain clinical curriculum, including group and family interventions, ensuring best practices are implemented. Lead and supervise the clinical team. Ensure evidence-based practices are followed in treatment programs and interventions. Lead treatment team meetings. Oversee contract-based staff who facilitate clinical activities such as recreation, art/music, or vocational education.
- Support the facilitation of therapeutic groups, ensuring that sessions are meaningful, structured, and aligned with treatment goals.
Ensures adherence to rules and regulations regarding all behavioral health treatment such as group size, caseload, and referrals. Oversee hiring, training, and employee relations of clinical staff. Ensure ongoing professional development and training of clinical team members. Ensures the maintenance of effective documentation including but not limited to assessment, treatment planning, re-assessment, discharge planning, and follow-up to meet the standards for TJC, State, and payer requirements. Oversee the admissions process, ensuring it aligns with clinical criteria and appropriate client placement. Family Program Facilitation Complete comprehensive assessments of families, identifying strengths, challenges, and areas for therapeutic focus.
- Conduct family therapy sessions and parent coaching sessions to address the emotional, behavioral, and relational needs of clients and their families.
Facilitate Family Programming, parent support groups, and family intensive workshops as designed/appropriate. Develop and implement treatment plan goals that address family dynamics, conflict resolution, and improving communication. Assist families in navigating post-treatment planning and provide support for aftercare services to ensure continued family support and recovery.
REPORTING AND ACCOUNTABILITY
Reports to the Executive Director.
