El Paso, TX 79907 Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Clinic Coordinator to join our healthcare team in El Paso, TX. The Clinic Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring efficient patient flow, managing staff schedules, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily clinic operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow. Manage patient scheduling and appointment confirmations. Supervise and support clinic staff, including receptionists, medical assistants, and other personnel. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Serve as a liaison between patients, healthcare providers, and administrative staff. Monitor inventory and order medical supplies as needed. Assist with billing and insurance verification processes. Implement and enforce clinic policies and procedures. Address patient concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Prepare reports on clinic performance and patient statistics. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred. Previous experience in a healthcare or clinic setting preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare regulations. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
