Plastic Surgery Social Media Coordinator

Our team is passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience, and we are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Coordinator to help elevate the quality of our social media presence and expand brand visibility throughout the DFW area. Responsibilities Develop and execute a social media strategy to enhance brand awareness and engagement. Manage and curate content across all social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube. Create visually appealing graphics, videos, and before-and-after showcases. Write compelling captions and posts that align with the practice's voice and brand. Monitor trends in aesthetics, beauty, and plastic surgery to create relevant content. Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community relationships. Collaborate with the medical team to ensure all content aligns with ethical and professional standards. Track and analyze social media performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed. Assist with occasional email marketing, blog writing, and website updates. Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the beauty, aesthetics, or healthcare industry. Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and video content trends. Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar content creation tools. Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills. Ability to analyze performance data and optimize strategies. Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and industry regulations is a plus. Passion for aesthetics, beauty, and patient education.
