  • Full-time Oral Surgery & Orthodontic Traveling Manager
  • DFWPosition Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Oral Surgery & Orthodontic Traveling Manager to support multiple specialty offices throughout the DFW market.
This leadership role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, staffing support, schedule coordination, patient experience, and operational consistency across assigned locations. The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has strong experience in dental specialty operations. Responsibilities Travel between assigned Oral Surgery and Orthodontic offices throughout the DFW area Support daily office operations and ensure consistency across locations Assist with staffing, team coaching, and accountability Monitor provider schedules and assist with schedule optimization Ensure treatment plans, referrals, insurance workflows, and patient documentation are completed accurately Support office teams with patient escalations and operational concerns Train and mentor staff on systems, processes, and best practices Work closely with providers and regional leadership to improve efficiency and patient experience Assist with office audits, workflow improvements, and communication between departments Help maintain compliance with company policies and specialty protocols Qualifications Previous dental management experience required Oral Surgery and/or Orthodontic experience strongly preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment Experience with dental scheduling, insurance verification, and treatment planning workflows preferred Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout DFW required Benefits Competitive salary Mileage reimbursement Medical, dental, and vision benefits Paid time off Growth and leadership opportunities Supportive and collaborative team environment Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday Travel required throughout DFW market Apply Today If you are passionate about leadership, patient care, and helping specialty offices succeed, we would love to hear from you!
