We are seeking a motivated and experienced Oral Surgery Office Manager to join our dynamic team. Job Description:
As the Oral Surgery Treatment Coordinator, you will oversee the daily operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative and clinical functions run smoothly. You will be responsible for managing staff, coordinating patient care, and implementing efficient office procedures. Your leadership and organizational skills will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:
Supervise, train, and support office staff, including receptionists and clinical assistants. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and development opportunities.
Patient Care Coordination:
Oversee patient scheduling, manage treatment plans, and ensure a seamless patient experience from check-in to follow-up care.
Administrative Duties:
Handle office correspondence, manage patient records, and ensure compliance with privacy regulations. Oversee billing, insurance claims, and accounts receivable.
Operational Efficiency:
Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
Financial Management:
Prepare and manage the office budget, track expenses, and generate financial reports. Implement strategies to achieve financial goals and improve profitability.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure that the practice adheres to the highest standards of care and complies with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
Patient Relations:
Address patient concerns and resolve issues in a professional and empathetic manner. Enhance patient satisfaction through exceptional service and effective communication. Referring office
Relations:
Build repoir with referring office and create and grow profssional relationships.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar managerial role within a dental or oral surgery practice. •Proficient in Open Dental software and other dental management software.
Education:
High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field preferred.
Skills:
Strong leadership and organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in office software and dental practice management systems.
Knowledge:
Familiarity with dental terminology, insurance billing, and patient management.
Attributes:
Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. How to
