Role:
Join Elite Dermatology and Plastic Surgery as a Plastic Surgery Patient Care Coordinator, where you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients. Be part of a dynamic team, dedicated to enhancing patient experiences and outcomes in plastic surgery.
Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for patients throughout their surgical journey. Schedule consultations, follow-ups, and procedures efficiently. Provide patients with detailed information about surgical options and post-operative care. Assist in managing patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Coordinate with surgeons and medical staff to optimize patient care. Address patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy. Maintain a welcoming and organized office environment. Support marketing initiatives to enhance patient engagement and outreach.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a patient care or administrative role in a medical setting. Strong understanding of plastic surgery procedures and terminology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Compassionate demeanor with a focus on patient satisfaction. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Must be willing to travel.
