This role is responsible for driving sales performance, supporting clinic managers, developing teams, and ensuring strong daily operations across both locations.

Responsibilities:

Lead and support clinic managers and staff across two locations. Drive membership, retail, revenue, and overall clinic performance. Oversee staffing, employee development, coaching, and accountability. Maintain high standards in customer service, operations, and brand compliance. Monitor KPIs, reporting, and business performance goals. Partner with leadership on operational strategy and growth initiatives.

Qualifications:

Multi-unit, district, or high-volume management experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills. Experience managing sales performance and operations. Ability to coach teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment. Wellness, fitness, retail, hospitality, or service industry experience preferred.
