We're looking for a high-energy, people-loving Patient Growth Coordinator to join our dental team! This role is perfect for someone who thrives on connection, loves fast-paced environments, and can turn a simple phone call into a meaningful conversation that helps patients prioritize their health. You'll be the friendly voice that reconnects patients with the care they need — helping them get back on schedule for their dental cleanings while educating them on why oral health truly matters. What You'll Be Doing Calling patients to reconnect and reactivate them back into continuing dental care Helping patients schedule overdue cleanings and treatment appointments Speaking passionately and confidently about the importance of dental health and preventative care Building trust and relationships with patients through genuine conversations Sending promotional texts and emails to patients you contact Keeping detailed notes and staying organized while managing follow-up communication Working closely with the team to help maintain a full and thriving schedule
