We deliver aesthetic medicine, hormone replacement, peptide therapy, weight management, IV therapy, and advanced laser care. We treat every patient like a member, not a transaction — and our front desk is where that experience begins.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Greet every patient by name and set the tone for a calm, premium visit
• Manage the schedule across multiple providers; protect provider time and minimize gaps
• Handle intake paperwork, consents, photo consents, and chart prep before each appointment
• Walk patients through Bespoke memberships (BEAM, Bank, Weight Loss, Peptide Therapy) and explain pricing clearly
• Process payments, run membership billing, manage HSA/FSA inquiries
• Confirm appointments, follow up on no-shows, recapture cancellations
• Respond to inbound calls, texts, and emails within the same business day
• Coordinate consults, follow-ups, and post-treatment check-ins
• Keep the lobby and front-of-house pristine

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years in a customer-facing role; medspa, plastic surgery, dental, or concierge medicine strongly preferred
• Calm under pressure — you can run a packed schedule without rattling
• Genuinely warm communicator, in person and on the phone
• Comfortable talking about money: memberships, packages, financing
• Tech fluent: scheduling software, Google Workspace, payment processing (Square/Stripe), texting platforms — we'll train on our specific systems
• Detail-oriented enough to catch a misspelled name or a missing consent before the provider does
• High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's a plus

COMPENSATION

$18

• $23 per hour DOE, paid semi-monthly (up to 40 hours per week)
