The ideal candidate will have a background as a Licensed Therapist in Texas, and have experience managing an addiction treatment program / facility.
Job Description:
Responsible for the provision of appropriate services for all clients. Develop, coordinate, and monitor all aspects of the clinical program Develop program policies and procedures. Supervise treatment team i.e., therapists, counselors, group leaders, and contractors. Ensure referral sources, parents, and payers updated weekly. Responsible for overseeing the timely completion of all clinical paperwork, i.e., psychosocial, assessments, treatment plans, treatment plan updates, and discharge plans. Ensure accurate record keeping, (i.e., group attendance logs, progress notes.) Review client's records for quality of treatment documentation and planning. Intervene as needed, clinically with clients (crises, crisis intervention, special needs, etc.) Oversee hiring, training and performance evaluations of all new staff. Provide clinical training, in-services, and staff development activities.
Qualifications:
Masters or Doctorate in Counseling / Therapy / Psychology or a related field Licensed Therapist in TX 2+ years in a clinical leadership role within residential treatment is preferred Salary is an estimate, based on experience, and at the discretion of the employer.
