This role provides leadership and support to clinical personnel while maintaining adherence to state, federal, and accreditation standards. Responsibilities Supervise and support RNs, LVNs, CNAs, and other clinical staff. Review and approve patient care plans and clinical documentation. Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, state, and agency regulations. Conduct chart audits and quality assurance reviews. Coordinate patient care services and interdisciplinary team meetings. Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to field staff. Participate in staff training, orientation, and competency evaluations. Monitor patient outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives. Assist with surveys, audits, and accreditation activities. Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and community partners. Qualifications Current Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing. Minimum of 2 years of home health experience preferred. Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Strong knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation and home health regulations. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Proficiency with EMR systems and clinical documentation. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
