HearNow ENT Irving, TX Job Details Full-time $15 - $18 an hour 21 hours ago Qualifications Computer operation Spanish Computer literacy High school diploma or GED Typing Full Job Description Job Summary HearNow ENT is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to manage administrative tasks, coordinate care, and ensure excellent communication between patients, providers, and referral sources. Key Responsibilities Answer and route phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly. Coordinate care for new referrals and established patients Make outbound calls to patients to schedule appointments/procedures and follow up as needed Make outbound calls/emails to obtain additional information, missing documentation/forms, or clarification from our referral sources Maintain and update accurate patient data in our EHR (Modernizing Medicine) and Google Sheets/Excel Manage multiple clinic email inboxes and accurately file emails Process requests for medical records and other documents. Work closely with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations Provide excellent customer service and maintain patient confidentiality (HIPAA compliance) Experience and requirements: Fluency in Spanish is required to assist with patient communication and appointment coordination for patients who speak only Spanish. High school diploma or GED required Capable of multitasking without compromising attention to detail Ability to work independently while following guidance from management Strong computer and typing skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional appearance and attitude Experience using Google Sheets and/or Excel is a plus Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus Proficiency with EHR systems (e.g., ModMed, Epic, Athena) is a plus
