This role combines compassionate patient engagement with innovative marketing strategies and community outreach initiatives. You will serve as a vital link between patients, the community, and our organization, ensuring exceptional service delivery while promoting health awareness and fostering strong community relationships. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in people's lives through proactive communication, engaging events, and targeted outreach efforts.
Responsibilities:
Take ownership of the practice's social media and online presence, including creating engaging content, maintaining regular posting schedules, encouraging patient reviews, monitoring online reputation, and helping increase visibility and engagement across Google, Facebook ,Instagram and other digital platforms. Develop and implement community outreach programs to raise awareness about health services and promote wellness initiatives. Build relationships with local businesses, HR departments, and community organizations to increase practice awareness and attract new patients. Coordinate and execute event marketing activities such as health fairs, seminars, and educational workshops to engage diverse audiences. Provide outstanding customer service by assisting patients with inquiries, guiding them through services, and ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint. Conduct product demonstrations of health-related products or services to educate patients and encourage participation in programs. Utilize strong communication skills to deliver public speaking engagements, presentations, and informational sessions within the community. Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing materials, social media content, and promotional campaigns tailored to target audiences. Complete projects independently and follow tasks through to completion. Qualifications Proven experience in marketing, event planning, or community outreach within a healthcare or related setting. Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse populations through public speaking and interpersonal interactions. Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others and fostering positive relationships. Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines. Bilingual proficiency is highly desirable to effectively serve multilingual communities. Familiarity with product demonstrations, sales techniques, and promotional strategies is a plus. Familiarity with website updates, digital communications, and basic graphic design tools is a plus Enthusiastic team player with a proactive attitude eager to learn and grow within the organization.
