Clinical Supervisor | Full Time | Night Shift All Nursing Professionals 3 West (Medical)
DESCRIPTION

Maintain both management and clinical nurse roles in the department. Serve as director in director's absence.
Required Education:
Graduation from an accredited
School of Nursing Preferred Education:
BSN Required Technical Skills:
Leadership, organization, fiscal stewardship. Knowledge of critical care practices.
Preferred Technical Skills:
Act as a mentor, coach and develop others, act as a role model. Attentive to details.
Required Licensure/Registration/Certification:
Registered Nurse licensed in the State of Texas, BLS, ACLS (if not currently ACLS certified, must complete within six months of employment, and thereafter renew within two months of the recommended date of renewal).
Preferred Licensure/Registration/Certification:
PALS Required Experience:
1 year of charge nurse experience in the med/surg area
Preferred Experience:
5 years of charge nurse experience in med/surg
