About Us Hill Country Audiology Service has been the trusted hearing healthcare provider for the Texas Hill Country since 2000. We are a patient-first practice dedicated to excellence in hearing testing, hearing loss treatment, and individualized care for every patient who walks through our door. Our team is small, close-knit, and deeply committed to making a difference in our patients' lives every day. The Role We are looking for a warm, dependable, and organized Patient Care Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our practice. You'll be the first person our patients interact with
  • and that matters. The right candidate takes pride in delivering exceptional service, stays calm under pressure, and genuinely enjoys helping people. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Kerrville, TX. What You'll Do
  • Greet and assist patients at the front desk, creating a welcoming and comfortable experience
  • Schedule and manage patient appointments with accuracy and efficiency
  • Answer phone calls and handle inquiries with professionalism and warmth
  • Maintain accurate patient records and manage confidential information in compliance with HIPAA
  • Support the clinical team by ensuring smooth day-to-day front office operations
  • Address patient needs and concerns promptly and with care What We're Looking For
  • 3-5 years of receptionist, administrative, or customer-facing experience preferred (we will train the right person)
  • Prior experience in a healthcare or medical office setting is a strong plus
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a busy environment
  • Comfortable using computers and learning new software
  • Professional, dependable, and patient-centered attitude
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality (HIPAA compliance) What We Offer
  • $16.00
  • $20.00 per hour, based on qualifications, experience, and level of training required

  • Consistent, family-friendly schedule: Mon-Thu 8 AM-5 PM, Fri 8 AM-12:30 PM

  • On-the-job training for all audiology-specific skills Work Schedule
  • Monday-Thursday:
    8:00 AM
  • 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break 12:30-1:30 PM)
  • Friday:
    8:00 AM
  • 12:30 PM
  • No evenings.
