The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. This role involves overseeing clinical programs, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, including HIPAA and medical documentation standards. The BCaBA Clinical Supervisor will play a vital role in delivering patient-centered care, conducting assessments, and supporting treatment plans to promote positive outcomes for clients. Responsibilities Supervise and oversee behavioral therapy programs for clients with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Conduct patient assessments, intake evaluations, and diagnostic evaluations to determine appropriate treatment strategies. Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and modify interventions as needed. Ensure all medical records, documentation, and reports are accurate, complete, and compliant with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans aligned with client needs. Provide training, supervision, and ongoing support to behavior technicians and staff members. Maintain patient care standards by adhering to ethical guidelines and best practices in applied behavior analysis. Support families through education and guidance on behavioral strategies and intervention techniques. Participate in clinical meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development activities. Experience Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism spectrum disorder. Strong background in behavioral therapy techniques, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and special education principles. Experience with data collection, patient assessment, medical documentation, and medical terminology. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and managing confidential medical records. Prior experience in behavioral health or diagnostic evaluation settings is preferred. Excellent communication skills for working with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
