Killeen, TX Salary:

Collaborative, Supportive, & Rewarding Company Culture Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with conducting interviews (i.e. BCBAs, CMs, Operations RBTs, etc) and making hiring decisions Complete and oversee new hire and ongoing clinical training for BCBAs Collaborate on cases as needed (e.g. severe maladaptive behavior, provide mentorship to expand scope of competence) Implement Flight Path training and supervision with clinical track RBTs accepted into the program Oversee any BCBAs implementing Flight Path training and supervision with clinical track RBTs Assist with new patient intake process including: conducting clinic visits with families, conducting assessments, oversee clinical recommendation of hour dosage and appropriateness of clinic-based treatment, etc. Ensure clinical quality by reviewing treatment plans and goals, completing clinical quality checks, conducting regular observations of protocol modification sessions across BCBAs and clients, etc. Train BCBAs, technicians and OSS on Safety Sense physical management techniques Oversee new hire technician training implemented by Qualified Trainers Managing Assigned Caseload (2-4 full time equivalent cases) as well as temporary 'overflow' cases as needed
Requirements:
Qualifications:
Master's degree in behavior analysis or related field Certified as a BCBA with the BACB (Behavior Analyst Certification Board) & Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Texas Minimum of 5 years working with children with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities Minimum of 1 year working as a BCBA Knowledge of Catalyst data collection platform and Excel graphing Strong technical writing skills Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team Experience presenting to small and large groups of parents/caregivers, teachers, and other professionals
