Front Desk Supervisor - Laredo, TX Company Description Texas Imaging Partners is redefining patient care with cutting-edge radiology imaging solutions. With an established and rapidly growing presence in San Antonio, we are excited to expand our services by opening our new Laredo location . Our state-of-the-art imaging centers feature ultra-wide bore 3T MRI technology designed to provide exceptional comfort and accommodate a wide range of patients, including bariatric patients, with a 75 cm bore and a 680-pound table capacity. We specialize in advanced imaging across neurology, orthopedics, oncology, cardiology, pain management, and whole-body MRI screening. As we continue to grow, we are seeking passionate leaders who are excited about building a new office, developing a strong team culture, and delivering an exceptional patient experience from day one. Role Description Texas Imaging Partners is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor for our newly opening Laredo office . This is a full-time, on-site leadership position, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The Front Desk Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the front office while leading and supporting the patient service team. This individual will play a key role in establishing workflows, ensuring operational excellence, mentoring staff, and creating a welcoming and efficient environment for both patients and referring providers. In addition to performing front desk responsibilities, the supervisor will serve as the primary point of contact for front office operations, assist with staff training, monitor scheduling accuracy, maintain quality standards, and collaborate with leadership to support the continued growth of our newest location. Responsibilities Supervise and support front office staff while promoting a positive and collaborative team environment. Oversee daily patient scheduling, registration, check-in, and check-out processes. Train, coach, and mentor new employees while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Verify patient demographics, insurance information, and obtain necessary documentation. Collect copays and patient payments while maintaining accurate records. Communicate effectively with referring provider offices and internal departments. Assist in resolving patient concerns and escalated scheduling or registration issues. Monitor front office workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and patient satisfaction. Maintain HIPAA compliance and ensure high standards of professionalism and customer service. Serve as a leader in helping establish and grow the culture of our new Laredo office. Qualifications Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred. Minimum of 2 years of medical front office or patient service experience preferred. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Experience with scheduling, insurance verification, and patient registration. Ability to work independently while leading and motivating a team. Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in healthcare administration or business management is a plus. Why Join Texas Imaging Partners?
