Executive Director 3.0 3.0 out of 5 stars 400 Highland Drive, Lewisville, TX 75067 Full-time Promises Behavioral Health, LLC 206 reviews Full-time Position Summary The Executive Director is responsible for all aspects of operations at the assigned facility(s); including clinical functions/activities, developing, and implementing plans for enhancing productivity, compliance, and profitability. This position supports provision of direct services as needed and develops procedures in response to contractual and state guidelines with oversight of compliance. The Executive Director is responsible for program development and meeting best practice guidelines for all licensing/accreditation. Primary Duties & Responsibilities Develops annual program goals and objectives to support Company vision Manages facility and operates within budgetary expectations Ensures that services provided by facilities meet or exceed standards set by applicable governing regulatory agencies Performs Community Relations for the facility by attending events and serving as the public face of the facility Develop and oversee new service lines and expansion strategies to meet clinical, operational, and financial objectives of the facility Conducts regularly scheduled meetings with staff to communicate issues regarding procedures, processes and overall effectiveness of business performance and operations Creates and maintains staff schedules, manages time, reviews, and approves timecards, etc. Collaborates with Human Resources on staffing, employee relations, and performance coaching of employees. Provides coaching, disciplinary actions and documentations, as appropriate Provides oversight of clinical activities, including hiring of clinicians, developing, and implementing plans for enhancing productivity, compliance, and profitability Monitors workflow, timeliness, and quality of deliverables (direct clinical services and documentation) of subordinate work Supervises ongoing revision of procedures, protocols, and processes to enhance compliance, marketability, and cost efficiency of deliverables Develops and implements policies and procedures for the establishment and the therapeutic component and a client service review process Works with staff to develop marketing plans and maintains relationships with referral sources, community organizations and professional groups Maintains appropriate professional boundaries with current and former clients, client family members and referral sources. Screen for psychoactive substance toxicity, intoxication, and withdrawal symptoms Screen for danger to self or others Screen for co-occurring mental health issues Analyze and interpret data to determine treatment recommendations and priorities. With the individual served, formulate mutually agreed-upon, measurable treatment goals and objectives. Demonstrate adherence to accepted ethical and behavioral standards of conduct.
Job Qualifications and Requirements Education:
Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field required Completion of all supervisory courses required to supervise clinical mental health staff, as required
Experience:
5+ years' experience in administration, coordination with supervision of mental health and/or case management/counseling services programs required Prior work experience in a behavioral healthcare setting highly preferred
License/Certification:
Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor, or Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) license, preferred Valid Class C Driver's License required

Must meet all pre-employment and maintain all applicable state and job-related guidelines for background screening, fingerprinting, drug testing, health screening, DMV, Insurance, CPR/Basic First Aid, and license/credential verifications
