We are seeking a confident and organized Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations, support a talented care team, and ensure a smooth, exceptional experience for every patient. Our McAllen location serves both personal injury and wellness patients, and we are looking for someone who can balance operational efficiency with a welcoming, supportive atmosphere. What You'll Do Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency and excellent patient service. Lead, coach, and motivate chiropractic assistants and other support staff. Assist with community outreach, patient retention, and occasional marketing efforts. Coordinate with providers to meet both patient care and business objectives.
