Job Description

Office Manager - Dermatology Clinic We are a growing dermatology practice dedicated to providing exceptional patient care in a professional, welcoming, and patient-focused environment. We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Manager to oversee daily clinic operations and support our team in delivering outstanding service. Position Summary The Office Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the dermatology clinic. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure efficient office operations, excellent patient experiences, and compliance with healthcare regulations. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily clinic operations and office workflow. Supervise and support front office and administrative staff. Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance. Ensure exceptional patient service and satisfaction. Coordinate patient scheduling and appointment management. Monitor insurance verification, billing processes, and collections. Maintain compliance with HIPAA and clinic policies. Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and inventory. Assist with budgeting, reporting, and operational improvements. Address patient concerns and resolve administrative issues promptly. Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to optimize clinic efficiency.
Qualifications Required:
Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) systems and Microsoft Office. Minimum 3 years of management experience in the medical industry. Experience working in a dermatology, specialty medical, or healthcare practice. Knowledge of medical billing, insurance verification, and healthcare compliance regulations. Skills & Competencies Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment. Professional demeanor and positive attitude. Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills. Pay:
