This role is ideal for a confident leader who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment, balances people leadership with operational excellence, and is passionate about delivering an outstanding patient experience. The Clinic Manager plays a critical role in driving clinic performance, supporting clinical teams, and ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily clinic operations, workflow, and patient flow Lead, coach, and develop front-desk and clinical staff Manage staffing schedules to ensure proper coverage Monitor clinic performance metrics (volume, wait times, productivity, patient satisfaction) Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and safety standards Support onboarding, training, and performance management of team members Serve as the primary point of contact for staff, providers, and leadership Address patient concerns and resolve service issues professionally Maintain inventory, supplies, and facility standards Collaborate with providers and leadership to improve efficiency and quality of care Qualifications 2+ years of healthcare management or clinic leadership experience (urgent care preferred) Strong understanding of clinical workflows and patient-care operations Proven leadership and team-building skills Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities Ability to remain calm, decisive, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced setting Experience with scheduling, staffing, and performance metrics EMR and healthcare systems experience required What We Offer Competitive salary Medical, dental, and vision benefits (for eligible employees) Paid time off Supportive leadership and growth opportunities Stable, team-oriented work environment Why Join Us?
