As a Office Administrator / Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors. You will play a crucial role in providing excellent patient service, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance information, and maintaining patient records. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors in a warm and friendly manner Answer phone calls and schedule appointments Verify insurance information and collect co-payments Maintain patient records and update information as needed Assist with administrative tasks as assignedRequirements:
