Job Title:
ASC Manager About The Role:
Amazing practice looking for an ASC Manager to join their team. Office hours are Monday-Friday no weekends or nights. Great pay and full benefits. Must have a current Texas state RN license as well as administrative experience in a surgical setting. Located under 2 hours east of Dallas.Key responsibilities include:
Operations & Leadership Direct daily operations of the ambulatory surgery center to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality care delivery Supervise multidisciplinary teams including nursing staff, surgical technologists, and administrative personnel Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and clinical outcomes Compliance & Accreditation Ensure compliance with regulatory standards including Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), The Joint Commission, and applicable state regulations Maintain continuous survey readiness and lead accreditation and regulatory inspections Oversee Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) programs Financial & Business Management Manage center budget, including revenue cycle performance, cost control, and resource allocation Monitor key financial and operational metrics such as case volume, payer mix, and profitability Negotiate and manage vendor and supply contracts Clinical Quality & Patient Safety Partner with physicians and clinical leadership to ensure adherence to evidence-based practices Oversee infection prevention, risk management, and patient safety initiatives Track, analyze, and report quality metrics and outcomes Staff Management & Development Recruit, hire, train, and retain qualified clinical and administrative staff Provide coaching, performance management, and professional development opportunities Develop staffing schedules aligned with surgical volume and operational needs Patient Experience Ensure a seamless, patient-centered experience from pre-op through discharge Address patient concerns and implement service recovery strategies Drive initiatives to improve patient satisfaction and engagement Strategic Growth Collaborate with physicians and leadership to expand service lines and increase case volume Build and maintain relationships with referral sources Identify and execute growth and operational improvement opportunitiesSchedule:
