Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and dynamic District Manager to lead daily operations, ensure clinical excellence, and support the professional growth of our therapy team. This position is ideal for a physical therapist who thrives in both patient care and leadership — someone who can balance hands-on treatment with operational oversight and team mentorship.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily clinical operations and ensure efficient patient flow Supervise and mentor physical therapists, assistants, and support staff Manage scheduling, productivity, and compliance with company and state regulations Maintain high standards of evidence-based clinical practice Develop and implement quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives Collaborate with executive leadership to achieve organizational goals and growth Foster a positive, patient-centered culture that supports employee engagement and satisfaction Participate in community outreach and professional development activities Have reliable transportation to visit multiple locations
Required Qualifications:
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) in Physical Therapy Current Texas Physical Therapy License Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting Prior leadership or supervisory experience Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Strong understanding of clinical operations, productivity metrics, and compliance standards
