Annual Deliveries:
Approx. 2,800 Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and clinical leadership for Women & Children's departments Manage department operations, staffing plans, budgeting, and resource utilization Develop, coach, and mentor nursing leadership teams Build and strengthen physician relationships Required Qualifications BSN required Master's Degree required (Nursing, related field, or appropriate post-graduate degree) Active Texas RN License (compact license accepted) National Specialty Certification required
Experience:
