To be considered for the role leadership is seeking a candidate with an RHIT, RHIA, CCS, or CPC Certification along with hospital HIM leadership experience. Preferred is a candidate with both an HIM Certification and a Coding Certification along with Critical Access experience. Experience Cerner is a bonus too.
