Leadership, management, and organizational skills Serve as the campus Instruction Leader. Coordinate all aspects of instruction and operations. Serve as the campus instructional leader. Coordinate all aspects of instruction and operations. Use assessment results to facilitate school improvement. Work with students, staff, and parents to develop positive student behavior. Identify an awareness of school and community needs and initiate activities to meet those identified needs. Coordinate and support non-instructional/extracurricular activities. Carry out the standards necessary to support all campus operations. Promote the use of technology in the teaching/learning process. Share knowledge of current research, best practices and findings to support innovative instructional programs. Promote the use of technology in teaching and learning process. Provide specific, targeted, and frequent feedback to teachers about leveraging instructional practices. Coordinate regularly with home campuses for all transportation, scheduling, and operational needs. Use outcome based measures and assessment data to facilitate ongoing program improvement. Work with students, staff, and parents to develop positive student behavior. Identify an awareness of school and community needs and initiate activities to meet those identified needs. Coordinate and support non-instructional/extracurricular activities. Carry out the standards necessary to support all campus operations. Share knowledge of current research, best practices and findings to support innovative instructional programs. Promote the use of technology in the teaching and learning process. Provide specific, targeted, and frequent feedback to teachers about leveraging instructional practices. Support teachers with alignment of the instructional practices and resources required for Special Education, Bilingual/ESL, and/or Advanced Level students. Coordinate events and extended day/year program activities.
