We are looking for a creative, outgoing, and motivated Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to help expand our community presence, grow our brand online, and support patient acquisition. This is an excellent opportunity for someone wanting real-world experience in healthcare marketing, content creation, social media, community outreach, and business growth. Position Overview This position combines digital marketing + in-person outreach + content creation . You'll work directly with leadership to create content, support campaigns, build community relationships, and showcase patient success stories while helping grow the practice. Responsibilities Marketing Liaison Responsibilities (Primary Role) Physician & Referral Marketing Build and maintain relationships with physicians, specialists, chiropractors, gyms, senior communities, and local businesses Perform in-person physician and referral outreach visits Deliver educational materials and promote clinic services Support referral source engagement and follow-up Coordinate lunch-and-learns, workshops, and community events Track referral activity and support business growth initiatives Assist with lead generation and conversion efforts Social Media & Brand Marketing Capture photo and video content in clinic and community settings Create and post content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Google Business Profile Edit short-form videos and educational content Support email and SMS campaigns Help showcase patient success stories and clinic culture Monitor engagement and support online reputation growth Marketing & Outreach Visit local businesses and community partners Assist with physician and referral outreach Coordinate events, workshops, and promotional campaigns Help execute lead follow-up initiatives Support email and SMS marketing campaigns Track marketing performance and growth metrics Patient Care Coordinator Responsibilities (Secondary Role) Welcome and assist patients throughout their care experience Answer phones, texts, and patient inquiries Schedule evaluations and follow-up visits Support patient communication and retention efforts Assist with clinic flow and daily operations Help maintain a high-touch patient experience Qualifications High school diploma required; college coursework preferred Comfortable creating content and appearing on camera Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, Canva, CapCut, TikTok, or similar tools Strong communication and organization skills Creative mindset with attention to detail Reliable transportation for local outreach Ability to learn quickly and work independently Preferred (Not Required) Experience running social media pages Photography, video editing, or design experience Sales, fitness, healthcare, hospitality, or customer service background
