Eyes on Westlake is looking for a friendly, energetic, and motivated individual to join our growing team. We are seeking someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to help others. Previous experience in optometry is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person who is excited to begin a rewarding career in eye care. This is a full-time position (35-40 hours/week), Monday through Friday, with no weekends. About Eyes on Westlake Eyes on Westlake is a modern, boutique private practice dedicated to providing exceptional eye care and an elevated patient experience. We believe in creating a culture where both patients and team members feel valued and treated like family. As our practice continues to grow, we are looking for individuals who are excited to grow with us. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Previous optometric experience preferred Experience with vision plans including VSP, EyeMed, Spectera, and others is a plus Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment Full-time availability Desire to contribute to the growth and success of the practice Familiarity with electronic health record systems preferred Comfortable with social media and marketing initiatives Responsibilities Answer phones and schedule appointments Verify and interpret medical and vision insurance benefits Check patients in and out of Daily balancing of receipts Maintain a high level of customer service throughout the patient experience Assist with office organization and cleanlinessConduct contact lens insertion and removal training Become familiar with various contact lens brands and wearing schedules Track inventory of products Support marketing and practice growth initiatives Understand Dry Eye Treatments and technologies Learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures as needed New to Optometry?
