Job Description
Come join our Kenmar Residential Team!! The Medical Appointment Coordinator/Transporter position is accountable for preparing all consultations to be taken to and from medical appts.; Completes assigned RN-instructed tasks assigned by the RN to ensure billable tasks are captured and documented; Utilizes appropriate customer service skills during telephone and face- to-face contact with employees, professionals, consultants, consumers and the consumer's family/guardian; Responsible for occasional transportation of consumers to and from scheduled medical appointments. This applicant needs to have computer skills to track appts, monitor return appts and maintain calendar of assigned scheduled appts. Detail to attention is a MUST!
