Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Manager for an exciting opportunity in Austin, TX. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations and staffing of the NICU department Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality, evidence-based patient care Support initiatives that improve efficiency, clinical outcomes, and patient satisfaction Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and hospital standards Coordinate admissions, discharges, and patient throughput Collaborate across interdisciplinary teams to improve care delivery Develop and mentor nursing staff while identifying training and growth opportunities Promote accountability, teamwork, and a positive patient experience culture Monitor equipment maintenance and operational readiness Support achievement of organizational benchmarks and quality metrics Requirements BSN required Current RN license or active Compact RN License BLS certification required Minimum 3-5 years of healthcare experience Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in an acute care setting Preferred Qualifications NICU leadership experience ACLS preferred Specialty certification within 6 months of hire Charge Nurse or
CNC NICU
