Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures to create a positive first impression Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments using medical office management software Collect and verify patient information, including insurance details and medical history, ensuring accuracy and completeness Communicate effectively with patients regarding appointment details, test results, and follow-up instructions Maintain organized patient records in compliance with privacy regulations and office protocols Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care plans and support administrative workflows Handle incoming calls promptly, addressing inquiries and directing calls to appropriate team members Skills Prior experience working in a medical or dental office setting is highly preferred Strong understanding of medical terminology to accurately interpret clinical information Proficiency in medical administrative support tasks such as data entry, filing, and appointment scheduling Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with patients and healthcare professionals Office experience demonstrating organizational skills and attention to detail Knowledge of dental office procedures is a plus but not required Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to contribute to quality patient care through exceptional administrative support.
