Applicants must have history of managing and directing a large teams of employees and sales while understanding HR regulations and other compliance rules. Applicants must be able to work up to 50 hours a week on salary including Saturday and some evenings with a stable job history and great people skills. We seek a leader who is able to motivate and bring the team together with good communication and conflict resolution skills: offering regular training and oversite, problem-solving, marketing, recruiting, and the ability to direct others using our business model to increase our revenue. Light accounting skills. Organization and reliability a must. Career minded, exceptional individuals only to join our nice team. Duties include selling cases, directing and motivating staff, marketing, recruiting, HR, payroll, accounts receivable/payable, managing the schedule, organizing the day/week, controlling our budget, and overseeing all other aspects associated with a dental clinic. Not a desk job. Duties will require you to be on your feet throughout much of the day. Prefer college grad or MBA. Salary, 401k, dental offered, vacation, holiday, and Bonus pay.
