Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Site Coordinator to join our team at a dynamic food production facility. In this role, you will not only manage the full-cycle recruitment process but also play an active part in daily operations. This is an onsite position that requires you to build relationships with both managers and staff, ensuring that recruitment and employee performance align with the client s operational goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-volume recruitment, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. English/Spanish preferred but not required.
