Required Qualifications:
Graduate from School of Pharmacy Must be sterile products IV Certified Texas license Registered Pharmacist 2+ years hospital/ infusion pharmacy experience Demonstrated ability to communicate with Pharmacy Department personnel to delegate duties, and inform and train about policies and procedures Demonstrated ability to communicate with physicians and other allied health professionals regarding patient care issues Demonstrated ability to communicate with customer and in clinic patients to handle complaints and problems, assist with questions, and recommend products/recommendations Demonstrated ability operate computer terminal for infusion preparations Demonstrated ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide whole number and decimals to calculate infusion preparation dosagesPreferred Qualifications:
Solid chemotherapy and oncology background Previous KSC experience Previous experience with aseptic techniques Experience writing reports (i.e., weekly/monthly) pertaining to accident/injury, maintain logs, necessary infusion records Basic Cardiac Life Support Demonstrated excellent people management skills Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
