Patient Care Coordinator | Luxury Laser & Aesthetics Clinic We are looking for a friendly, organized, and sales-driven Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing aesthetics team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is interested in growing within the aesthetics industry. This position will be based primarily in our Woodlands office while supporting scheduling and patient communication for all clinic locations. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, highly organized, and able to create an exceptional client experience from first contact through checkout. This is also a great opportunity for someone interested in eventually becoming a Laser Hair Removal Technician and growing within the company. Responsibilities Answer inbound calls, texts, and online inquiries for all locations Schedule consultations and treatment appointments Educate clients on Laser Hair Removal, EMSCULPT NEO, and Tixel services Assist in converting leads into booked appointments Check patients in and out Support front desk operations and daily clinic flow Handle appointment confirmations, reschedules, and follow-ups Maintain accurate scheduling and patient records Help create a welcoming, luxury client experience Assist providers and technicians as needed throughout the day Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Sales ability and confidence on the phone is

REQUIRED

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and professional appearance Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Previous med spa, aesthetics, retail sales, hospitality, or medical office experience preferred Bilingual is a plus, but not required

Schedule Tuesdays:

Remote | 9am-6pm

Wednesday-Friday:

In-office | 9am-6pm

Saturdays:
