You'll be the go-to resource for reviewing clinical programming, fine-tuning assessment documentation, and providing support and encouragement as newer BCBAs grow their confidence and skills.

About What You'll Work On:

Clinical Excellence Duties:

Meet weekly billable requirement of 22.5 on a consistent basis Conduct initial assessments and FBAs Maintain own 2-tiered client caseload Support the team to ensure clinical metrics met 10% Supervision 1 Hour month Parent Training Observe cases and provide feedback to BCBAs to improve client progress Participate in monthly leadership development trainings to assist Site Director or step in during their absence Communication and feedback development Clinic and Clinician KPIs Manage clinic crises

Qualifications:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the
