Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Patient Access Supervisor to join our team. The Patient Access Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the patient access department, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care and services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the patient access department, including scheduling, registration, insurance verification, and financial counseling. Ensure that patients receive high-quality care and services by monitoring and maintaining departmental performance metrics. Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient access and streamline departmental operations. Train and supervise staff members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure that they meet performance expectations. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that patient care is coordinated and efficient. Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on departmental performance. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that the patient access department is providing the highest level of service possible.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree preferred; High School Diploma required 3-5 years in patient access/ or front desk operations required 2+ years in Supervisory or Managerial role required
