Imaging Center Location:

Sugar Land, TX Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM•6:30 PM We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Patient Coordinator to join our growing imaging center team.

Responsibilities:

Schedule patient appointments Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients Verify patient demographics and insurance information Obtain and process physician orders Confirm upcoming appointments and perform patient callbacks Provide excellent customer service to patients and referring offices Maintain accurate documentation and patient records Assist with general front office duties as needed

Qualifications:

Medical office, scheduling, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of insurance verification and authorizations is a plus Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Computer proficiency required
