Empowered Plastic Surgery is seeking a passionate and experienced Patient Care Coordinator & Office Manager to join our premier, state-of-the-art clinic located in Sugar Land, Texas. This unique role combines patient care with office management, allowing you to play a pivotal part in our growing practice.
Position Overview:
As the Patient Care Coordinator and Office Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our clinic, responsible for creating exceptional patient experiences while overseeing daily operations. You will work closely with our skilled medical team under Dr. Saiqa Khan MD FACS, ensuring that every patient feels valued and informed throughout their surgical journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Experience Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, guiding them from initial inquiry to post-operative care.
- Qualify leads through in-depth consultations, scheduling in-office visits to discuss potential procedures.
- Convert consultations to surgeries by building trust and providing clear, detailed information.
Operational Oversight:
- Manage daily clinic operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with the medical staff to ensure excellent customer service and seamless patient care.
- Prepare and discuss quotes for all procedures, treatments, and surgeries, ensuring transparency and understanding.
Marketing and Growth Initiatives:
- Develop and implement marketing materials, photo books, and social media updates to enhance patient engagement and clinic visibility.
- Create programs and initiatives that drive cosmetic patient revenue, overseeing implementation and efficacy.
Financial Management:
- Track and manage patient financial arrangements, ensuring proper follow-through and adherence to payment plans.
- Prepare daily bank deposits and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
Team Collaboration and Development:
- Assist in evaluating office personnel and developing key performance indicators for each team position.
- Participate in recruitment processes, contribute to training, and foster a positive team environment.
What We're Looking For:
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in sales, with a preference for experience in plastic surgery or dermatology.
- Proven track record in cosmetic or plastic surgery practice sales and/or management.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred to cater to our diverse patient base.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and engaging demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize workflow in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable utilizing EMR systems for reporting and operational management.
- Associate degree required; bachelor's degree preferred. Why Join Us?
