  • Trophy Club is seeking a Director Surgical Services to join our team!! Director Surgical Services at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center
Trophy Club:
The Department Director is responsible for all departmental functions in support of the hospital mission, vision, and facility goals. The Director identifies the cost-effective systems needed to support the business of the department taking into account business trends, resource availability and changes in customers. This position establishes effective working relationships with all constituencies including patients, physicians, employees, volunteers and vendors. The Director identifies and remedies through continuous customer satisfaction data and employee involvement. The Department Director works with Senior Management in meeting Facility goals. Oversees Surgery, Anesthesia, Preop PACU and PAT, Scheduling and Sterile Processing Services. Assists as RN Circulator and Scrub Tech as necessary. Why Choose Baylor Scott & White Medical Center

Qualifications Education/License:
Graduate of accredited school or professional nursing. Baccalaureate degree preferred. Current Texas RN License BCLS and
ACLS CNOR
preferred
Required Experience:
Five (5) years' experience in surgery as circulator Two (2) years' experience in surgery management that includes pre-op, intra-op, and post-op care. Independent decision-making skills. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects. Excellent communication skills with staff and physicians
