In this vital role, you will oversee clinical operations, supervise behavior analysts and behavior technicians, and ensure the implementation of evidence-based practices. Your expertise will directly impact individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism, by providing comprehensive assessments, designing individualized treatment plans, and supporting patient progress. Responsibilities Provide clinical supervision to behavior analysts and behavior technicians, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and best practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA). Conduct diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments to develop tailored treatment plans that meet each individual's unique needs. Oversee data collection processes, analyzing progress and modifying interventions to optimize outcomes. Lead intake sessions, coordinating with families and caregivers to gather relevant medical and behavioral history while maintaining strict compliance with HIPAA regulations. Supervise the implementation of behavioral therapy programs across various settings, including home, school, and community environments. Maintain accurate medical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and incident reports, ensuring clarity and compliance with healthcare standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support comprehensive patient care and facilitate effective communication among all stakeholders. Requirements Current certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with valid licensure or certification in your state or region. Proven experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism spectrum disorder. Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and data-driven intervention strategies. Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and healthcare privacy regulations such as HIPAA. Excellent patient assessment skills combined with the ability to develop individualized treatment plans based on diagnostic evaluations. Ability to lead clinical supervision sessions effectively while fostering a collaborative team environment. Exceptional organizational skills for managing documentation related to patient care and clinical activities.
